Great nursing management lead by our DON Kortnye that provides excellent care to the residents. The pulmonary unit is the best in Ohio lead by Jessica.

If you are in decent health and are going here for rehab, I could see that the nurses and the therapist would be fine for the patient. If the patient in this case, my mother She needed extra care, but was on a good path to go home and continue living a fulfilling life. She was there needing physical therapy and respiratory. The physical therapy was pretty good but she should’ve had it twice a day so family was there around 10 hours a day so in the afternoon we worked the physical therapy with her. Respiratory was overworked and understaffed, and that is not my assumption. The therapist actually would tell us that they felt they needed more one-on-one time with their patients and we’re not able to give it. My mom was within going home a week to two weeks. Which is funny because she was asked so many times why you want to go home. My mom had heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and was in the hospital for months with complications but now and was ready to come home and live a fulfilling life. My mom started not feeling good. The nurses and respiratory were both concerned and a doctor would never see her. We even have a hospital note that the doctor Montgomery stated this patient has gigantic anxiety, but she was never seen By him. Within an hour of my mom being at Marietta Memorial, she was diagnosed with four life-threatening infection infections, one of which was a UTI that they were treating her at arbors and never retested to see if it was gone Which indeed it was not and had gotten worse And caused other infection infections we lost our mom a week later. What I’m saying here is if you’re patient needs extra care to be able to go home I do not recommend this facility. I was told the doctor had 14 nursing home rehab Facilities that he overseen. If your thinking about this place or need your loved one in a home please do research and stay on top of their care. We trusted the medical team unitl we seen that doctor note and should have been more persistent with her care.

This place is the Best when it comes for physical therapy, I would recommend them to anybody that needs physical therapy, the staff are very friendly and they are good to the patients, I don't understand why medicare or anybody would under rate them, remember you got to also understand that the people that does complain about them for the simple reason they don't want to be there and participate in something that's going to help them improve their way of life, the case workers and the staff really cares ,I do know that because the way they helped my sister , If I had anything to do with it I would give them raises to let them know they are appreciated

Terrible management. Cannot solve interior issues and does not staff adequately for the amount of residents. If you truly care for your loved ones DO NOT take them here.
