I went to ElderWood for short term rehab after a total hip replacement. The staff at the facility were awesome they were attentive pleasant and very helpful. The nurse Megan was excellent. The rehab staff were wonderful full of information they were professional and very helpful during my stay there. Dietary was very helpful I have a lot of food allergies and they did their very best to accommodate me. I would recommend the rehabilitation unit because everyone works as a team there at getting you to achieve your goal. I want to thank everyone for their help in achieving my goal. God bless you all for being such a great help to me. Keep up the great work. You the staff are superstars!!!!

This facility is dangerously understaffed. One CNA for 15 residents in a dementia unit is not just unacceptable, it is unsafe. Dementia patients require constant supervision and assistance with mobility. With a 1:15 staffing ratio, falls are inevitable, residents suffer and employees get hurt on the job. Staff are clearly overworked and set up to fail, which directly impacts residents’ safety. There was a sign as you pulled in indicating $30 an hour… apparently this is for travelers. No wonder this place cannot keep local workers that care about the elders from their community at $20 an hour…. for a 1:15 ratio… Be better management and stop altering staffs’ patient-care notes — that is illegal! The job is already rough. Why not make it an enjoyable work culture and pay a reasonable wage.

Worst nursing home I’ve ever been in! My grandmother went in on a Friday had a fall on Tuesday never got a call was put on oxygen never got a call and passed away on that Wednesday night! Still have not heard anything from them except that she passed and they won’t return phone calls.Ive called multiple times nothing I asked to speak to supervisors got an attitude, all because I wanted to speak to a manager or supervisor about what happened. I have asked for the e.d. head of the building to call me and still have not received an email or a phone call.

My grandmother was almost sent here after she broke her foot. My mother (her daughter) reports that there were elders crying for help, lying in their own feces, etc. It's a very sad place. Do not send your elderly parents here unless you resent them.

I have been in this facility many of times to see my friend an my relative that lives there. The facility always appears clean an smells good. There are very many caring nurses here. Terry always went out of his way to help the residents and to make sure they felt like at home. I never met a man in nursing so charming an patient driven. Bonnie is also a great nurse. She has always been so polite. I wish the facility cared more about the staff. It's sad. I'll always come to visit, and spent time with my loved ones. As always it's a pleasure seeing those two nurses! ❤
