My dad has had great service when he arrived and while he was there for his short stay for therapy. The staff and nurses were very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend if you have a family member that is in need of a skilled nursing facility this would be the place.

My father has been a resident at Elderwood of Scallop Shell for almost a year and my family and I couldn't be happier with the care he is receiving. The staff is friendly and willing to help, no matter what comes up. His care team keeps us informed and does everything they can to keep him happy and comfortable. The nurses and CNAs are amazing! The staff is consistent (we've gotten to know many of them), knowledgeable, and really cares for the residents. The facility is clean and welcoming, both in the communal spaces and individual rooms. They offer a lot of activities that are engaging and fun. I visit my dad regularly, usually multiple times a week, so I know what's going on. The staff communicates extremely well with our family and they absolutely pay close attention to my dad's ever changing needs in order to support him as best as possible. I've recommended Elderwood at Scallop Shell to others and will continue to do so. Thank you to all of the staff there that take such wonderful care of my dad. My family and I appreciate you!

My dad is in here for rehab after a fall and the teamwork and care here is strong and thorough. Each care worker from the docs to the cleaners to the nurses to the cafeteria staff are kind and helpful. PT is very helpful and skilled. We are really pleased with our experience.

David arrived on June 18th we were immediately greeted by friendly faces,staff members and Damian, the admission personel, He was immediately taken to his private room which was already ready for him on the memory unit. Since that time we have found scallop shell staff very professional, kind and l attentive to my husband's needs, he looks forward to the the therapies he receives,as well as the well planned out activities, and the friendships he has made with the staff and other residents. When he sees the staff he greets them with a smile and that tells me he is content and happy . I am happy we discovered Scallop Shell.

The staff is unfailingly kind, supportive of the residents and family . The building it feels like a family when you walk thru the doors. There are a lot of activities for patients regarding variety and desire . The outside front patio entrance are often full with family and residents enjoying the fresh air and enjoying conversation and the view . The food is great. I enjoy they have a hair dresser to tend to the residents hair needs . I also enjoy the instant welcoming feeling you receive from the receptionist Michelle and all staff . The reason why I decided on Scallop She’ll was due to an amazing review from a previous residents family I know.
