If you value your loved ones don't send them here. It truly is a horrible place with poor care and staff.

Considering the fact that my sister was refused her pain medication that were intended to keep her pain baseline...I'd say that this place is subpar at best...The nursing staff wouldn't address the issues that we presented to them...My family and I are absolutely disgusted with the treatment my sister received...We immediately removed my sister from this facility!!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

My mother has been at Elderwood for about 8 years. She’s now 102 years old and she is still pretty sharp. Yesterday they had a little “carnival “ for the residents with all families invited. It was really a lot of fun and the residents had a great time. The employees were dressed up as clowns and were really wonderful! I want to thank all of the staff, especially Tammy, Karen, Ilene and the best resident assistant is Yvonne!!! She is awesome!! Thank you so much for everything!!! Alene

The nurses and staff are very friendly and provide wonderful care of the residents. My mother-in-law has been at this care facility for several years now. She was taken to the hospital for a hip surgery, and I was appalled by the hospital staff's treatment. It was a total relief for her when she returned. I appreciate the loving care this staff provides. The prior ownership had some issues with an "escape artist" lady who was let out by unsuspecting visitors, but the security system has been fixed since that one incident. Thanks for all that you do for our family members, especially now in my mother-in-law's last days when care and comfort are most important.
