I had an excellent experience with the leasing office, and I want to give a special thank you to Yackelin for all of her help. From the very beginning, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain every step of the leasing process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Don't move here. Neighbors are good, but the Property Manager is the worst. Very rude and disrespectful on the first encounter with him. Followed me around the office and wouldn't give me corporates number. ALL because I said there is an issue with my unit. They kept saying nothing was wrong and compared me to other renters saying no one else complained before, instead of trying to figure out the issue. And the end result, my daughter stuff was destroyed by water and mold. They did everything to not have to pay the claim, but its ok. Karma is what she is! Would NEVER recommend or live here again!!

had a very good experience with the leasing office staff. From the beginning, they were professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions clearly, communicated well, and made everything easy to understand. Deysi has been phenomenal with this process. I was all over the place lol and her patience and lovely personality help me thru it. Thank you for a wonderful experience coming from a normally stressful situation lol moving is always tuff but she made it easy!!
