I wish I could give this agency a 10 star. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for nurse. They have the best nurses who are kind,professional, caring and very compassionate. The nurses are also very good in communicating with one another and that’s a big plus for me. Whenever I get a new nurse to fill in for my assigned nurse they already come in knowing my background and what are my needs and that’s very important for me. I wish I could name all the nurses, because I assure you that they are best. Highly recommend Elara Caring 🙌👍

My family acquired their services last summer and since we have had nurses, constantly calling out, leave early, and come late regardless of the schedules timing. The nurses are always on their phone and neglect our nephew because he is non-verbal and cannot move. Overall, there is a lack of compassion and humanity in the service rhey provide. We have brought it up to management but have yet to see them hold their employees accountable. Unfortunately, due to the lack of agencies we have no choice but to take what we can get and this is just heartbreaking as well as disappointing.

The worst place do not go here they go on their own time and never answer phones. A simple text saying I get to you at a certain time will suffice smh
