After leaving louisiana hospice for their incompetence toward me and my mother , I am so glad I chose Elara. These are the best people to work with. The nurse, aide, chaplain and social worker are the best. They made the last week of my mothers life special. I cant thank them enough

The nurse, PT, and OT who came to my house after I had surgery were professional and nice. However, the person who called me to “explain” my options was rude and talked over me. I finally said (while she was still talking) that if she didn’t be quiet and give me a chance to talk, I was going to hang up. She never quit talking so I hung up. I cannot recommend this company.

Elara Caring Hospice was a true blessing for our family. The team treated our mother with compassion, dignity, and respect through her entire time under their care. Worst possible hospice care I have ever seen. They came out and signed her up, then nothing until I called and chewed them out, they finally sent a nurse out and she passed away that night. I would not recommend this company at all.
