I understand that the elderly get this for free but the people that show up should stay there entire time.. we have had issues with one that is supposed to say an hour and a half and just stays 1 hour and I have texted her boss, which is named Amanda and she states she is there the entire time when we have cameras and can prove otherwise, but she will not respond any further than that. I think it's ridiculous and they should be getting what they pay for. Choose another service because this is ridiculous in the Duncan area

Recently my PCA was told that she was going to be written up for not clocking in at my house. Even told that she was committing a federal offense. The problem is that she was at my house standing in front of me when she clocked in. I asked to speak to her supervisor and her supervisor called me a liar, straight up. I tried to explain to them that the satellite system out here does not work properly, a nurse sent to see me was directed to a field a ways from my. Walmart was sent across the street from me. SoonerRide insisted that I was not at my location while I was standing at the door of Weatherford hospital. And still these people would not listen. If that was the only issue, I might have left this alone, but 3 years of crap from their Duncan office has left me quite bitter. My previous PCA had a scheduled vacation that had previously been approved. The office dropped the ball big time on that one as well. I spent 2 weeks without any help what so ever. They didn't even bother to call me to see if I was okay. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. People's lives depend on the help they get from this company, and to be ignored, called a liar, and treated like trash is not what I signed up for.

Yes ,this company doesn't care about clients at all. Its sad when you can't get aide to come help. When you call to see what's going on, they make excuses and you ask to speak with supervisor and she doesn't do anything either.!!!!!!!!!! This company needs to shut down. Sick of them.
