Wilkins Health & Rehabilitation Community

Wilkins Health & Rehabilitation Community is a long-term care facility in Duncan, Oklahoma, serving over 100 elderly residents. Founded in 1992 and family-owned by Tony, Melanie, and Tyler Wilkins, the community has expanded from its original capacity of 33 residents and recently added a Pathway Rehabilitation center to its services.

The community is committed to resident-centered care that attends to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Staff members work to assemble a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and support professionals aimed at helping each resident achieve their maximum level of health and independence.

Leadership at the facility includes Tony Wilkins, the licensed administrator since 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and completion of the Oklahoma State Nursing Home Administration School. Melanie Wilkins serves as licensed Assistant Administrator and brings expertise in Food, Nutrition, and Institution Administration from Oklahoma State University. Tyler Wilkins joined the team in January 2016 and holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration, a Master's in Healthcare Administration, and is a licensed long-term care administrator.

The community emphasizes stability and quality through its long-term staff members across all departments and strives to maintain a compassionate work environment where team-oriented quality care is central to its mission. The Wilkins family remains actively involved in the Duncan community and welcomes facility tours.
