Elara Caring has been amazing to work with and is such a reliable resource for home healthcare services in the Monroe community. Their team is professional, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to support patients and families. What really stands out is how many services and resources they offer to help people remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Having a home healthcare company that is dependable, responsive, and truly caring makes such a difference for families navigating healthcare needs. FOR BOTH MONROE AND ADRIAN LOCATIONS!

My sister and I want to thank everyone for the care they gave to our 95 yr old father. Carrie & Tory were the best. Dad loved them and had much respect for them. We wish them all the best.... Barbara & Diane

I do not recommend this company for comfort care. We had nothing but problems getting medication. Nurses did not show up when they were suppose to. No one met us at our home to help get the patient comfortable once they were here. They have no experience with trachs. Getting supplies was stressful. We were told to reuse things that were suppose to be sterile. We got accused of using to much medication, they kept changing meds trying to back down on things the closer the patient was to death. I've used 4 different hospice companies in my life for comfort care and this is by far the most difficult company. If you don't want added stress, dont use this company. We did have 1 amazing aid and 1 amazing nurse who did advocate for us.

Joel was amazing! He worked with my grandmother after a fall she had. He was so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring towards her. He goes above and beyond for his clients which is truly appreciated. While we are glad she is doing better, we are sad to see Joel go. Thanks for everything you did, Joel!
