I am so grateful for Charlotte-Stephenson! My dad has lived there for just over 2 years and my mother was living with him for 7 months before she passed in February of '26. It was very challenging for both of them to make the transition from a home environment to an assisted living facility, but the staff at Charlotte-Stephenson was steady and supportive every step of the way. They are all so professional and friendly and truly love the residents (and the residents love them!). They also work well with outside staff, such as physical therapists and the hospice nurses who regularly visited my mother prior to her death. The specialized care they gave my mother during her final days was extraordinary.<br><br>The environment at CS is warm and inviting, the dining room is spacious and bright, and there are places for residents to congregate both inside and outside the facility. It's so comforting to know that my dad is in the best of care, especially since my sister and I live out of state and can't be there every day. Every visit we make is always positive at Charlotte-Stephenson!
