My father was here for a brief period of time on hospice, and the staff was very kind. Communication after his passing has been very efficient and while I haven't personally been to the facility myself, I know that in his final days when he was able to communicate, he expressed that he was happy with his care.

First off there will be more to this post forthcoming but I wanted to share my family’s experience with this facility. This has to be the absolute WORST place to send a loved one to this side of hell. On yesterday I went to visit my mom and upon my arrival these incompetent staff members couldn’t even tell me where she was. (And yes I was as upset as you can imagine with a mother unaccounted for and a few choice words were uttered) On today my sisters went to visit and it was an even worse experience, my mom had a big lip indicating she’d had a fall that no one could explain. YES WE REMOVED MY MOM AMA and straight to the hospital she was taken. MY SINCERE THOUGHT IS THAT IF WE’D LEFT HER THERE JUST ONE MORE DAY there’s no telling the outcome! This will not be the last post with concerns on this facility, not to mention calls to the state oversight committees regarding the observation witnessed in just 3 days. If you love your family member DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. We chose this facility thinking it was the best of the worst ones we’d considered, boy were we wrong. An ABSOLUTE HORROR SHOW!

If you have a loved one who requires skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, or long-term care, I strongly encourage you to consider other options.<br><br>This facility feels far more like a psychiatric ward than a skilled nursing facility. There is frequently yelling throughout the building, people smoking marijuana outside, and an overall atmosphere that is chaotic and unsettling for residents and visitors alike.<br><br>One of the biggest concerns is the apparent lack of adequate staffing. I was told there is often only one nurse responsible for approximately 28–30 patients since it is long-term care. It is difficult to understand how residents with complex medical, mobility, or hygiene needs can receive timely and appropriate care under those conditions.<br><br>Call lights frequently go unanswered for extended periods of time. I have personally witnessed residents waiting significant periods for assistance, including individuals left in unspoken conditions far longer than what should be considered acceptable.<br><br>The attitude of many staff members has also been concerning. While healthcare is undoubtedly stressful and understaffing creates enormous challenges, compassion and professionalism are essential in this field. During a visit, I personally heard a staff member leave a resident’s room and say, “Now you’re all pissy and I have to clean you up. I’ll be back.” Hearing a vulnerable patient spoken to in that manner was disturbing and demonstrated a complete lack of empathy.<br><br>The facility smells strongly of urine, and cleanliness appears to be an ongoing issue.<br><br>There are additional concerns regarding neglect and quality of care that I will not discuss publicly, but they have been serious enough to make me question how this facility continues to operate without greater oversight.<br><br>A skilled nursing facility, as this is advertised, should prioritize dignity, cleanliness, timely care, adequate staffing, and compassionate treatment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.

We had a family member that was a patient there for 2 weeks. The best part of our experience was Ashley in admissions. She was always kind and available. Beyond that, I’m not sure how any review is more than 1 star. The facility hasn’t been updated in some time. The smell is terrible. The communication was nonexistent. This facility had 5 star ratings, so we were so shocked when we walked in. Employees must’ve been submitting reviews to have a 5 star rating. I would strongly encourage visiting prior to intake. I do understand for some that there’s not many options.

My mom was there for a week and the experience was not good. The facility itself is in need of improvements. The mattresses were coming apart, and all equipment was dated. There was a constant smell of urine and poop. However, the lack of professionalism is appalling. They sent my mom out to the hospital and did not contact us. The hospital called to let us know she was there. The hospital said there was nothing wrong and tried to send her back. No one would come to the door and when the doctor attempted to call the administrator, he would not answer the phone. Three ambulance rides later, she ends up back in the hospital. It’s been almost a week now and I still have not heard anything from this facility. I would not recommend this facility to anyone
