Nightmarish. They're understaffed and the folks that work there hate it as much as my mom did. The entire place looks like it hasn't had a renovation or deep cleaning in a million years (flooring coming up in places, positively gross furniture, freezing rooms with windows rattling in the wind). I'd give zero stars if I could.

I feel this facility could definitely use more staff. My father’s right hearing aid was lost and he is wearing clothing that is not his when I visit. Staff have interviewed him without his hearing aids in and he cannot put them in his ears himself. The food seems alright and the place is fairly clean.
