If I could give a 0 I would, I'm devastated, I can't even believe this place, the workers don't even care about the patients. I've visited 3 times it's a horrible experience. The outside is so nice. It could be such a beautiful facility. But the people and believe me, I am an advocate for nurses.I love our healthcare providers. My mom was a nurse, but these people do not care about their patients. They can't even bring hot water to a patient.I am in disbelief. I\n Tried to call all the voicemails are full. No way to leave a message. I can't understand why the people that work there are not trying to at least improve the lives of the people that are there. They're not they don't care, they just want to go to work. Order their DoorDash, drink their Starbucks, smoke. Their vapes and their cigarettes. I'm sorry I have no respect at this point This is the balance dinner. They gave my brother undercooked chicken nuggets. Corn, that hasn't been cooked some cheese. That's not melted. Sprinkled on top and then some weird strawberries with 3 pieces of banana, my brother's a veteran, he deserves better care.

Poor care! I had a loved one there. She was moved to another facility. Her clothes went missing, her phone went missing. She was always soaked in urine. They never had enough staff. The place is utterly disgusting. It smelled like urine and feces. They are in it just to make money! They could care less about our loved ones. The only floor that is somewhat clean is when you walk in and on the new unit. The other floors are dirty and smelly. State needs to shut them down!! Please don’t come responding with lies… If you own this you’re just as horrible as management.

The facility is filthy, the food is inedible, the staff is almost universally rude (or indifferent). Don't bother complaining to the administrator - she doesn't care either. It is appalling what passes for care in this facility and I don't know how anyone who works there sleeps at night. If there's any justice, you'll all end up in a facility just like this one.
