We’ve been very pleased having Eden as after my husband’s 4 month recovery following major surgery. He required in home health, RN care with Joci was outstanding-she’s very personable, genuinely compassionate & professional where we always felt very confident with her care. It was complicated & quite extensive with drains, dressings, etc.. She went above & beyond by contacting the surgeon’s office for more precise direction, concern, medication & prescription clarification. She identified his limits or progression by checking back & even coming back to our home when his condition diminished where he had to be readmitted to the hospital. She was amazingly perspective & sensed my frustration/exhaustion being his only caregiver. I was overwhelmed, being a senior citizen too so I sincerely appreciated her genuine awareness of how I was doing while caring for my husband-something that seemed to go unnoticed by just about everyone-even family members. (None live near us-the closest is a 10 hour drive) We were also very happy with the PT & OT personnel (Leslie, Jayme to name a few) they were encouraging & upbeat with his improvements at every stage. To summarize, the interaction we had with those care givers in particular, was very satisfactory, with their delightful & pleasant personalities & we both would highly recommend them as in home health providers. They all demonstrated precise, natural trustworthiness & expertise throughout every visit. Something that’s unquestionably comforting and reassuring beyond words.

Patty Plumber is great, she is calm, soothing and takes her time to explain everything. I've been through this before with my dad, wish we could have had Patty then. 5 plus stars

Eden Health was so helpful when my mom needed temporary home care. The OT and RNS were good. However, Mom's physical therapist, Ryan Neall, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. Ryan made my mom feel very comfortable with a "stranger" coming into her home for 8 weeks. By the end of her therapy, Ryan felt more like family. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the right exercises for Mom. She is still doing 20 minutes twice a day of his prescribed treatments. He also helped in choosing a good chair, putting on compression socks, and even adjusting her walker. Thank you so much Eden Health and Ryan. God bless you!

We've been with Eden twice for my husband for wound care after he was discharged from the hospital. Kaylee RN was his nurse the first time we used Eden, last year, and she helped him so much. Not only did she make sure he was physically feeling better but she helped him mentally to feel better during an incredibly scary time. We got lucky and got to see Kaylee again this last month and, again, she has been absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond for her patients, and she is so great with family members, too. I can not say enough good things about Eden and especially about our Eden RN, Kaylee.
