before it had even started. I found that it was not for me. But within the first 3 hours I was asked to have nude pictures of my genital area taken I refused . I asked to use the bathroom and was told NO it was dinner time I am on oxegen and had too short of a oxegen hose to be able to reach the bathroom. A young nurse was willing to help me and was going to get the longer oxegen hose then seconds later an elderly nurse came in and told the younger nurse and myself NO it was dinner time. This could have ended up being a very messy and embarrassing situation. They also had never given me any of my medication and I was two hours behind on them. And I was in extreme pain. We also heard through the grapevine that I left because my insurance would not pay. This is false because my insurance had approved this before I left the hospital. If administration would like to contact me on this matter that occurred on 2/25/2026 my initials are BGS.

The facility is clean as mentioned. The people are wonderful! Rehab therapists are the absolute best! The food on the Patient menu can be problematic if you’re on restricted type diets and the special diets are not up to date with the related associated foundations. However, there is a really nice little café as you enter the facility and I’m told that many people around this area and in the Eaton County complex go there on a regular basis to eat. All in all, I would be very pleased to be able to give this facility a 5+ Star Rating.

Place has multiple covid patients and doesn't notify family of other non covid patients when you ask for explanation you get nothing. My father's surgical wound is infected as per his surgeon visit today when I asked the staff they said they were documenting it but their staff doctors didn't provide any notice to our family and they also didn't provide antibiotics. I would call the care second rate at best. I would not recommend to anyone for any reason.

My mother received horrible care that I feel led to her death. She had congestive heart failure. She gained 30lbs in 10 days. Dr. Was not contacted but family was called to bring in bigger clothes. Everyday I was told her weight was the same. After the request for bigger clothes, I insisted they weigh her in front of me. She had gained 30lbs in 10 and I asked them to contact Dr. When she left and arrived at the new home, she had covid and mersa. She died in

2023 was a rough year for me and I was a short-term patient 3 times in 5 months. I received excellent care. The facility is clean, the employees are kind, and the food is good. I would definitely recommend!
