This place is absolutely horrible! Went there after having back surgery, they totally ignored my Dr's orders for a wound care specialist to deal with an infection I got there, now its almost 6 months later and I am still dealing with it. I also got Covid while there, their protocols for hygiene are virtually non existent. If you care about your family members, DO NOT LET THEM GO HERE!! The food is disgusting, and pretty much always showed up in my room cold. Their shower area is moldy, open, broken walls, and flooring. How the Board of Health has not shut them down is a mystery to me.

I have stayed at this facility before-and when I needed care again I called and ask to come back. I feel safe and comfortable here, and its clear why. The staff here work hard, and everyone is thoughtful and caring. I highly recommend Eaglecrest nursing and Rehab. Chuck

My mother passed away here. They were laughing, because her bowels released after passing away. Her nails were long and had so much filth under them. Her toenails were curled and horrible. My mother had bed bug bites all over her. Picked 2 off of her body. Nobody cared. I am disgusted. Appalled and angry. I took pictures of my poor mother in her condition. I am filling charges with THE D.A and have contacted state and sent photo and video of staff laughing.

Eaglecrest has taken care of many residents in a very caring manner. My father in law was here for a little while and he was well cared for and loved by the staff. feels like a big family always willing to help each other out. My husband was well pleased with his dad’s care here too!!
