The co-owner is an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in Northern Colorado, with background in hospice, palliative, and wound care. The Owner/Administrator holds a Colorado state license and is a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel and certified Red Cross CPR/First Aid trainer. The Residence Manager oversees day-to-day operations and coordinates individualized, person-centered care.

All caregivers are certified in medication administration, CPR, First Aid, and dementia training, and bring years of caregiving experience. The community focuses on person-centered services delivered in a comfortable home setting, with staff working closely with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure individualized care.
