I call my mother useally every other day maybe every two days I'm left on hold for about 20-40 minutes tops before I get an answer on top of that when I call about questions I can never get a straight answer or no one wants to call me back on anything. Aggravating! Amd the staff just give you attitudes about everything

demoralizing 'warehouse', overwhelming, NOT AT ALL THERAPEUTIC, often unsafe ... underqualified, reactive, inattentive administrator whose primary goal is staff fun, often at cost to ignored residents. I could go on and on; please feel welcomed to contact me.<br><br>Three pros: convenient location, some VERY well-intentioned employees albeit without any power, above-average food except the roast chicken.<br><br>Many promises made at beginning; even more promises broken throughout my 13-month stay. If there were a dedicated professional case manager, that would have been helpful.<br><br>So many residents are misassigned there. Many need more intervention, while some need less. I was in the middle, much because so many written and spoken repeated requests for assistance were fully ignored.<br><br>I will call the number in my review response, but whom do I ask for? Monica? Please let me know. Or simply call me (same number). I am so worried about many residents still there with minimal abilities alternative appropriate options.
