MY DAD WAS IN THERE CARE FOR 24 hours he died the 24th hour then I didn’t get notified till 8hrs later then they preceded to say it not there fault and I should understand they continuously lied about my dad updates had to start recording the phone calls PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOU FAMILY HERE PLEASE

Seems to be plenty of staff present for the clients. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and professional.

Someone stops the toilet with paper towels. I had cancer surgery on my right eye I have had no attention no person that followed the doctors instructions in fact the paper with the doctors instructions was removed from my room and no one has even come to change my linens this place is an absolute monster and there's a person Tiffany here who I tried to get a restraining order on

So I was here for 2 weeks and in that time they Completely ruined 6 months of recovery from the Plastic surgery i had on my Bottom That was almost completely Finish And also gave me 2 bed sores which I had to get surgery on twice since Leaving there Which was a week ago . I had to get help for Registry Nurse to call to get me to the hospital if I did not they just left me in bed to get Worse. Do not send your family here . also in 2 weeks I only ate one food tray. I had to buy my food the whole time I was there I told them of I don't eat pork because I'm Jewish. And they still set me pork . Not all the nurses and c n a's are bad there are a few good ones.and they keep the place clean. But Please don't send your love ones here.i have called The state on this place.

This is a horrible place. My brother was a patient here that died under their care, he was there last than two years. He was neglected and his healthcare wasn't properly administered, the staff wasn't properly trained. I would call every day, sometimes the phone would ring 10-12 times with no answer, then there were times when I spoke with someone and the nurse was unavailable and was to call me back, but never did. My brother died here and had stage 4 ulcers(bed sores) on several parts of his body, some they never disclosed to me. He was there during Covid restrictions, and I also live in another state, so therefore they could hide things that I couldn't see over the phone. I had FaceTime with them and was able to take pictures of his wombs, and they were horrific. Driftwood Healthcare need closing. I have learned after the fact that you can report to the Ombudsman and BBB of your county and they will investigate on your behalf.
