Please do not bring your family here they do not look after my grandpa besides this one short boy who had a buzz cut the last time I seen him he was literally the only good nurse that watched over my grandpa it’s a disgrace that there is literally only one cna that knows how to actually do their job this place should be investigated

This place is wonderful. Full of staff who truly care about resident cares from management to floors. They truly want what is best for the residents and staff. Also, the activities department is always keeping the residents busy with fun parties and activities.

Went into this facility about two weeks ago to enquire about having my mom come here. I spoke with a Nora who was so rude to my dad and I. She couldn't answer any of my questions. She told me I had to call someone else to ask about openings. It was clear she did not have the time of day for potential customers. We placed my mom at Twin Ports and have been happy with the care and customer service. I would not recommend this place.

My father was there for a few days. His care was atrocious. It's clear they never even washed his face, and now he's in the hospital with a mild case of pneumonia. You're pretty lucky I didn't go there, or get an attorney and have you investigated, and shut down.

Had my dad there for a short time and would never allow any other family members there if I didn't have to. Problem is there are very few choices.
