My great-aunt (second grandmother) is there and is doing well. Even though she is 101, she enjoys walking around and visiting others. The staff members are kind and patient. I'm 1400 miles away but I don't worry too much about her because I know she is well cared for at Dove.

Since moving my grandma here, her health has substantially IMPROVED!! (At 95 that is amazing.) Her anxiety and depression have dissipated significantly and I never hear any complaints from her or family! My job as POA has gotten so much easier. The staff is friendly, professional and punctual. They do what they say and say what they do. Everything is transparent and communication is easy. Billing has been simple. I'm so grateful for Dove. UPDATE: Dove did a fantastic job during the pandemic to make sure that my grandma was still emotionally and mentally healthy as well as physically. Also, during hospice and after her passing, all the minor details were looked after with kindness and sincerity. I truly appreciate everyone at Dove in Bloomer for their hospitality and passion for what they do.
