Had services for both my mom and I. When I complain about changing my Aide because she smelled of smoke and spoke her about smoking before coming into our apartment especially because my mom was now diagnosed of cancer they got upset and initially didn’t want to change her. One of the Aide forged my mother signature so she can get paid. Another aide misplaced the stove knob and anytime she would come and eat she will leave crumbs all over the carpet. She refused to give her phone number and said if we need to contact her, we need to go through the agency. Meanwhile, my mom sometimes would need to go to the hospital when she came and my mom wasn’t around she got upset but we couldn’t notify the agency wasn’t open to let her know that my mom was not feeling well so she went to the hospital. One of the workers that was sent there was pregnant and would just stay in the bathroom the entire time throwing up when I reported it They said they didn’t know she was pregnant and then they changed it with a Aide who lost our keys and stole from us. Last but not least they sent an Aide who will constantly come and want to charge her appliances in our house for 9 AM shift when I asked her. Why do you come here every morning charging your appliances aren’t you coming from Home? She then started to hide and look for ports in the house to charge that I would not notice. I feel the company should be careful of the people they hire. I hope they have improved.
