My mom was transferred here, and absolutely loved being here. They helped her not only with physical therapy but also just made her feel welcome. She loved the staff and is very grateful they made her feel welcome. Thank you for taking care of her after her surgeries

The worse place ever they don't give medicine like they should people take people things and social worker say they going to to pay for them to be replaced it's been almost two months still no check like they said the room are so nasty this place needs to be shut downif anyone has anyone in drivescare in ripley ms Get them out at once last tuesday i kept telling the nurse Christina Brown that something was wrong she can in at 7:30 am and check him said his wasn't breathing right that they probably would send him out , he was awake and talking but he wasn't breathing right she kept telling the nurse something wasn't right the nurse even feed him he had a feeding tube i told her over and over something wasn't right she would just say everybody in the morning meeting by this time it was between 9:00 am and 9;30 am she still wouldn't listen to me he took my hand told me he loved me his breath was worse by now he said he was hot so i took the covers off him he was sweating he talked to me some more i went and told her again something was wrong she just said they in a meeting i went back in his room and his eyes rolled backi yelled yelled then when it was to late christina wanted to call them out of the meeting at 10:13 am they told my me and dj that he was gone

My sister was admitted a week ago. She came from the hospital in tupelo ms. She is not able to get up and down and has to be placed in the chair with a lift. I was there visiting today and I was not happy with the condition of the room it looked like it had been swept or mopped for a week. A pair of her sweat pants was laying in the floor and was soaking wet. I moved the pants so they could be seen by the worker when she saw them she asked why they were wet I showed her where they were laying and she said it rains in that room and that is why they were wet. The same woman told my sister she could not wash her hair because she was about to get off. And when she gave her a bath that morning she didn’t ask for her hair to be washed. Then she told her she would have to wait until Tuesday to get it washed and it was Sunday. My sister ask to be helped into her chair it was 2:30 and she had not been up all day. They did not want to but did it anyway. I left at 3 and she called me at 7:30 and they had just came back to help her back into bed. She also has dentures and put them in a denture bath on her table to soak and she hasn’t seen them since we searched the room thoroughly and could not find them.we even went through the garbage that had no bag in it and had not been emptied in several days. We are in the process of looking for another place for her. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Kenneth Lee Anderson makes the experience of Diversicare fantastic. He is the guiding light here. He is always cracking jokes with the staff and singing in his room. He leads the rest of the Diversicare citizens in tap dancing and gospel hip-hop. He's a selfless warrior, and Brigitte should be honored to be getting a hunk like him. Can't wait for the marriage!

My parents moved here April 4 , 2019 , I have nothing but good things to say about this facility & staff. My sister & I were so upset that it had come to the point of our parents having to leave their own home . But they had to , both with medical issues on a daily basis , Diversicare is the place to be ........ these people genuinely care. They contact us immediately with any changes or concerns with our Mom & Dad. My sister & I are both very pleased with Diversicare. We call every day to check on our parents , they are always very willing to give us updates on them.
