Every time I visit the facility, I see the housekeeping staff working to keep the facilitie clean and safe; today was no exception. I also noticed that mamy of the patients are greeted by their first name by staff. A very warm and personal environment!

This was my first time at the rehab center and was greeted with a smile from every staff member I met. They directed me where I needed to go to visit my father that was a patient there. Throughout the day workers would be in and out of the room and each time they all had a smile and a joyful attitude. It seemed as if my father was like family and they truly cared for his wellbeing. As a son that only wants the best for his father I left knowing he was in the best of care.

Today I asked if I could take my sister-in-law out today. Staff members were so cooperative and helpful getting her to the car and back in after we returned. She got to see her brother, of which she had not seen since she was admitted to the home. She enjoyed getting out and even getting a milkshake. Her hair was neatly braided and this was bath day. She was ready for suggestion. Thanks for being so kind to my sister-in-law.

My family and I can’t say enough good things about New Albany Health and Rehab. My dad was there for two weeks and he received excellent care and attention. We all received excellent attention. They were always available to talk and answer our questions. From the administrator, to the social worker, nurses, housekeeping, all were available and willing to help. It’s also a very warm and kind facility. I highly recommend.

This is a great facility. My husband is a resident there for rehab. They have been super nice to him and i appreciate the care he is given. The nurses and aids are super 👌. Hopefully we wil be home before long. I understand that Covid is everywhere. These nurses can't control that the residents have it. It comes from outside and people should be more cautious. These that have posted negative things should have to spend 24 hrs. At Diverscare in Tupelo and they would see what neglect is. My husband would have died if i hadn't gotten him out of there.
