About Resolve Diamondback

Resolve Diamondback is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility located in Phoenix, Arizona, offering rehabilitation and ongoing care services. The facility includes a gym and activity programs as part of its care offerings.

Family experiences at Resolve Diamondback are sharply divided. Positive reviewers consistently praise specific staff members for their compassion and dedication, with one family noting they "were like family" and highlighting the rehab and gym services. However, a substantial number of families report serious concerns including poor hygiene practices, meal errors that went unaddressed, unresponsive phone communication from staff and management, inadequate supervision, and gaps in basic care assistance. One family described the experience as "a nightmare from start to finish."

The facility itself is noted as clean and well-maintained with a nice courtyard, and some families appreciated individual caregivers on specific units. Yet the pattern of complaints about staff responsiveness, accountability, and consistency across shifts suggests systemic operational challenges that persist alongside pockets of good care.

Resolve Diamondback holds a 4.1 out of 5 rating based on 221 Google reviews. Prospective families should note the wide disparity in experiences and may want to inquire specifically about staffing practices, communication protocols, and meal management before admission.

Hello,
During my stay at Resolve Diamondback I have witnessed a great deal of every department working as a whole to make sure that every need was taken care of. I myself had many questions maybe too many, but one person who made everything clear to me was D.O.N. Jose Feliciano.
I believe the staff is great, the food is great, the rooms are private and spacious. Activities personnel definitely brighten up the place engaging with residents who are willing to participate in fun activities; great way to get through tough situations. Doing therapy as well gives me the opportunity and confidence to engage these movements of mobility where I reside.
Thank you all for being there for me and going the extra mile!
Also thank you Mary for the continual weekly checking in with me to see if I am doing okay.

Excellent care! All the nurses were very professional and very supportive. The PT department was outstanding. Heather and Michaela were a pleasure to work with. Shoutouts to my nursing team, Mary, Jennifer, Florence and company. The CNA's were great to work with. All in all a top notch facility. By the way, Chef Martin was always accommodating regarding the menu. Thank you all!
