Diamond Willow is a very “homey”, nurturing, caring place. They truly know their residents needs and provide good care. Heather and all the staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of everyone there. We are grateful for the care our sister has been given and the friendship extended.

This is a beautiful facility that truly stands out in Park Rapids! The director, Heather is not only a caring nurse, but she is a great leader for her staff, and has a deeply rooted passion for memory care, which drives her commitment to providing exceptional care! The staff here is experienced and works cohesively to ensure residents receive the best possible care!
