Today I called, looking for my mom who nobody has been able to contact for a while. They told me they couldnt give me information about her, even though all i asked is if she was there. Then they hung up on me very rudely in the middle of me asking a question. They had her listed with no known family. She passed away in January and nobody was told. Even though my sister, my aunt, and my mom's boyfriend were all in contact with Mom before she passed.

This establishment has a group of employees that apparently don’t have any job titles when they are asked to Assist a residents. My grandma spent some time there because it was close to home verses going to Shrevport and it was the worst experience ever. There where some employees that we know personally that was great. Roslyn is the best example of patience and respect when it came to my grandma. She was always so attentive . But she always was told by over night staff that it’s not there job to assist her with restroom even if call light is on it will be the next morning and she has to sit uncomfortable the entire night. And would be told I will be right back I’m not your aide. So please reconsider before taking anyone to the facility.

Stay as far away as you can from this place. The workers car more about their jobs than the health and well-being of the residents.

I placed my parents there because it was close to my brother, biggest mistake I ever made. They gave my father some medication (Xanax n Prozac) which did not agree with him, then he stopped eating, drinking, talking, and walking. They put a hospital gown on him put the AC on 69° put him in the bed to die. When I got there (from GA) he needed oxygen my sister n I transferred him to the hospital where he later died. I took my mother out of there. The aide said they could not tell us anything cause they needed their jobs.
