Didn’t know what to expect when I was looking to get my father in a home but my experience with Desired living was great. Sal, Mana, and their team of care takers were always very helpful. They made sure that my father was taken care of when he couldn’t do it for his self. Thanks everyone for the care that was given

It was a very hard decision to have to place our mom in a facility that could provide around the clock care. Desired Living doesn’t feel at all like a facility and the staff there have very much helped us feel at ease and have kept her comfortable despite multiple medical issues over the years. We would recommend Desired Living to anyone who is looking for the next best thing when caring for an ailing loved one at home is no longer possible.

My mother has been at Desired Living for 2 years now. So far, we’ve have had a very positive experience. The staff is attentive, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. The consistency of the staff allows for them to really get to know my mother. The house has a much nicer feel than a typical nursing home. It’s a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.<br>The owners, Sal and Mannah make a real difference in the daily lives of the residents and provide families with extra peace of mind.<br>Mannah has a way of interacting with my mother that brings out her humor.<br>The caregivers are patient and responsive, always taking the time to ensure residents feel heard and respected.<br>Activities and social opportunities are offered regularly, helping residents stay engaged and connected.<br><br>Overall, Desired Living does a great job balancing professionalism with a personal touch. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and caring assisted living community.

Mom has been in one of the Desired Living homes for about 6 months. We are beyond thankful for the love and care that they give her everyday. They are truly an extension of our family as together we do what is best for mom. Communication is excellent with texts, calls and facetime. I believe they consider mom an extension of their family as well.

We are forever grateful that we found Desired Living. After rescuing our mother from another assisted living facility where the care was deeply lacking and neglectful, to the point of endangering her, we were anxious and hopeful all at once. Moving her to Desired Living was the best decision we could have ever made.<br><br>This is not a “facility”, it is truly a home. From the moment she arrived, it felt like her home. The smaller, close-knit community meant she received real one-on-one attention, and the staff genuinely cared about her as a person, not just a resident. That difference is everything.<br><br>Sal and her entire team are compassionate, attentive, and deeply committed to their residents. Our mother was treated with kindness, dignity, and love every single day. As were we. Sal and her team began to feel like our family, as well. We are so thankful that she was able to spend her final time surrounded by people who truly cared for her wellbeing. I honestly don’t believe she could have received better care anywhere else.<br><br>If you are looking for a loving, well-run assisted living HOME rather than a large, sterile facility where residents can easily be overlooked, I would recommend Desired Living without hesitation. For anyone placing a cherished loved one into assisted living, this is the kind of place you hope to find. 10/10 highly recommend.
