We have had our mother at Spring Arbor for 2 years. During this time, they have been very helpful at adjusting her care based on her declining health. Every time we have had a concern or question we are responded to promptly. The open communication and support exceeds the previous facility our mother lived.

Only reason for 5 star review is that I can't give 10 star. We were concerned about the cost, but the people have been amazing. Each and everyone has shown their heart when taking care of Mom and in their hearts that want the best for her.

Spring Arbor was the third AL Facility we tried with Mom. The others just didn't feel right. But we quickly determined that Spring Arbor was just what we needed. From the beginning they were just like family. Every staff member stops by to chat with her and it's clear that they all love what they do - what a difference that makes! We've had a long road with Mom and ultimately needed to move her to Memory care- a decision I truly struggled with. But they helped me understand why it made sense for her and she has thrived ever since! The way I saw the staff band together to help her feel comfortable and ease her transition eased my mind as well. My heart is at peace knowing that mom is in the care of people who love what they do and truly feel like family.
