This place is horrible. My mama was sexually assaulted by a male nurse, the med techs have messed up her meds multiple times, the food is garbage. They NEVER call me back. I’m contacting lawyers. I have my mama on waitlist for other places. I have a fully autistic son otherwise she would live with me. I’m reporting them constantly.

My mom always complains about the food, and her room is not always clean. But every one is very friendly and helpful.

New ownership...high staff turnover and poor training. Food is not good...few choices..lots of pork and gravy. Not much fresh fruits and vegetables. New paint job, carpet and art....but that doesn't matter if other things are bad. Please don't put your parents there.

This was dinner 9/10/2025. So disappointed that things havent changed.

As of March 2026 not much has changed. Food could be better, continued staff turnover and poor response time from management.

I have been working with Paasche Brown, Director of Sales and Outreach for Desert Sage Retirement and i must say that she has been a delight.
My father was a resident of the Memory Care facility of Desert Sage and his cognitive state was upgraded.
Paasche facilitated everything for his move to the Retirement facility. Also, I have had multiple questions and favors to ask of her and she is amazing.
I am unable to do much, as I do not live close to my father so I am very reliant on the staff.
So far, I am very pleased with Desert Sage Retirement. My father has his own room, and seems very happy being there.
Thank you to all the staff and especially Paasche.
