Annette and David took good care of my dad up until his passing due to dementia. They were great from day one. We had a picture made into a blanket and took it over there to give my dad comfort and so he could look at it every day. I went to visit one day and someone hung it on the wall and moved the bed so he could be close to it. I was (and am) very grateful to them.<br>As a Godly Christian woman I’d have to be honest an say there were a couple incidents however if I had to do it all over again I would.

5 Stars is not enough to express my review. WONDERFUL new home for my parents! The STAFF is amazing, the food is great and well prepared. I'm so pleased with all the caring and the warmth feeling the staff offered my parents. Tremendously thankful i came across Az Assisted Living & Memory Care<br>Pleased that they are safe and very well cared for!<br><br>Thank you!!!

Our family is grateful to have found AZ Assisted Living and Memory Care. The healthcare design in a home setting has been more comfortable and inviting for our father in comparison to a larger facility. The facility is well kept and clean.The staff treats our father like family. Their healthcare experience is seen as they continue to customize his care as his health needs change. The ability to have a mobile primary care doctor come to him has been helpful in working with his Dementia and other health concerns. He enjoys his morning cup of coffee and meals with the residents in the family style dining. We have recommended their facility to family and friends.
