This agency need to be reported to the proper authority. I have never in my life saw agency like this .How did they get a license to operate . The owner is so emotional attach to clients family matters . My mom is 82 years . she need a caregiver thats going to help her 9-4 . But this agency send someone someone out maybe 3 hours sometime a day . we had maybe one caregiver that did work . Most of them from this agency sit, .. on their phones not wanting to work . my mom ask me to be her caregiver but this agency refuse to send the documents we need . This will be reported to the proper authorities. . will be calling my attorney on this one . They need to be shut down I would Not recommend this agency .If you love and care for your love one .like i care for my mom . God is real He will fix it 🙏
