If anyone looking to purchase a home here. Don't expect to get very much enjoyment from the pool spa or sauna. The hot tub is constantly braking down and although it has been fixed many times, it just doesn't stay fixed. And the swimming pool is only heated in Summer. The sauna is only useful when you are able turn it on half hour ahead of using it. They raised space rental 3 times in three years. And 3 managers in three years also. There are way more hidden expenses to live in a retirement community like this. Don't let the small lot size fool you. It could be overwhelming to maintain for the average retiree. Wish I would've stayed in my tradition home. The people who live here are good neighbors, thank God for that.

Delta Village is doing big things for the community. This is a wonderful, beautiful, safe place to live. The staff members are kind, helpful and attentive to tenants needs.... This is a great secure place to live...the new added gate not only secure but makes the place looks and feel upscale

Been here almost a year, and I love it!!! No complaints and atmosphere is so quiet!!!! Also, I love the new added gate!!
