Lowest paying regardless of your experience period the hours are low can't afford bills with the pay rate and the economy is high especially in Nashville just saying but office staff are understanding but when I found out my daughter was sick they took me out the system asap I could even clock out

Poor administration, unreliable help. I never know when I'm going to have a aid. I've fallen numerous times and they could care less. I waited 3 days for a aid to get me some clean clothes and a shower so I could go to ER. From what I understand the aids are way underpaid. BEWARE BEFORE HIRING!! I have to say Amanda does her best she is a good person.

I would like to say that Tabitha Oseanery is the best caregiver for my wife Cynthia that I have ever seen. She goes out of her way to way to make her feel as comfortable as she can. She takes the time to make sure that she doesn't feel bad about her bathing and feeding her and treats her with a lot of respect and I thank her very much for being in her life

If I could leave 0 stars for this company I would. I was a client of Delta home care. My experience with them was not good at all I didn't have a caregiver for almost two months and when I would call them to see if they found anyone yet they either didn't answer or when they did answer they was rude on the phone with me. They was also trying to get me to change my schedule to suit them. They did not care about the caregivers or the clients all they care about is getting there money. I would not recommend anyone to work for them. I also would not recommend anyone that has a child or yall that are adults that need care to not go with this company.

This is one of the worse Companies I have ever been serviced by. They have very poor communication. They have had on more than one occasion that two aides showed up and on other occasions no aide. They have expressed employee business with clients as well as none of their employees have care plans and come in with little to no knowledge about the patient. I have never seen an organization where the administrator does not accept or return calls to clients about their issues. This is a company that will cause more issues and stress than assist. I only gave it one star because it is the lowest I could possibly give. It is more like a no star organization. Do not trust your loved ones in their care. Just in case you need names: Michael, Elizabeth, Ashley and Tameka. I would not even recommend them as an employee. This is from a clients perspective that have been been in the nursing business for over 20 years with over 15 years of management and seven years of direct nursing administration of two level three hospitals. They do not even deserve to bein business.
