The receptionist welcomed me with a smile and she assisted me to fill out my information at the kiosk without asking. She treated me with respect when talking to me, informing me about my visit and the person that will attend to me.

I have visited several loved ones here and while the staff is nice and friendly, the place is very old and antiquated. The city needs to Renovate this place! There’s no way that I would choose this place if other options are available. 1 star is being generous….. it looks so Dirty! From the parking throughout the interior. That’s the best way that I can describe it. I’m not sure if it’s government owned or privately operated, but it’s clear that no one is investing their money into it! That’s very disappointing…..Seniors should be treated better. They’ve served their community and now they need our service…. The staff stays on their phones! Some of the nurses get attitudes when asked to change bedding, pampers and gowns. Even if the facility is deplorable, a heart of compassion would make the difference!

First time visiting this facility to see my dad and I am beyond shocked and disgusted! From the smell to the conditions, I am beyond disgusted! I’m not sure what upgrades everybody is talking about but I didn’t see not one upgrade! And don’t get me started on security! Anybody can walk in here. They don’t even ask for ID! And the one security guard I did see at the gate was on her cell phone! Please take your love ones elsewhere if you can! Clearly no care is being put into this facility.
