Deaconess Home Care and all their nurses and physical therapists are top-notch. I would always hope that my physician would refer me to them if I need them in the future thank you, Deaconess.

I had a major back surgery and was seen by RN,OT and PT and everyone was pleasant and kind but professional and knowledgeable n all aspects of care that I received. I was an RN and I worked n many different fields of healthcare and worked many years in homecare and I always have higher expectations from anyone or any company providing any type of health care to me. I was so pleased with the care provided and the knowledge that the nurses, occupational therapists and physical therapists displayed was impressive. I actually enjoyed having homecare provided by this company and would definitely recommend to anyone n need of healthcare n your home.

The physical therapy at home was a great experience with this group. Jenny was especially helpful, communicative, encouraging and always considerate of my time. I learned a lot. She made sure I was equipped to move on to the next step, and had all the visits my insurance would allow by scheduling a visit on Saturday, with Tammy, because of the holiday. Kelsey oversaw the evaluations and prepared me for moving on to out patient PT. They're a great group and I would not only recommend then, but would request them if I need any more PT. Thank you!

Did not get what I needed from them, always a new staff almost every visit, they cannot keep staff so they outsource independent contracting nurses than may know nursing but nothing about the business values or ethical business practices I do not recommend for long care or end of care treatment
