Although the home health aide that was provided was kind, the professionalism of Ifeoma, the owner of Dazzle, was truly awful, making the overall experience with this company miserable. After an initial consult with the owner and the home health aide days prior, without my direct consent in any capacity, a home health aide was sent to my parent’s home to provide care for my Mother. She worked for us for just over a week and was essentially let go because my Mother required a more experienced worker with nursing experience. However, until this day, despite multiple attempts to contact the owner regarding the aide that was sent to the home and the care needs for my Mother, there has never been an attempt or any effort on Ifeoma’s part to respond to any of my calls. I would advise anyone to be cautious in dealing with a company that seemingly takes zero responsibility and carelessly carries a nonchalant perspective on customer service.

I highly recommend Ifeoma at Dazzle Healthcare! She is kind, professional, meticulous and most of all caring. She took great care of my dad everyday for 2.5 weeks and was a pleasure to have in our home. She took her job seriously and made sure to take detailed notes of his progress. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Ife!

Everyday my aide, Amaka, was beyond kind, caring & compassionate. Services from care to administration was 110%. THANK YOU DAZZLE… keep up your superior support services!!!
