If I could give an even higher rating than 5-stars, I would! T.C., Fasil, Amy, and the entire staff are the kind of caretakers you so rarely find when navigating elder care. Not only is the home impeccably clean, serene, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, it is the level of care, attention, skill and respect they bring to their residents that truly makes Dash Point Care shine.<br><br>In the entire journey of navigating elder care with both of my parents, finding Dash Point Care for my Dad felt like a miracle. There is no other place I've worked with that provided the level of compassionate, attentive, highly-skilled and nourishing support as Dash Point Care - it's the kind of place that I could actually go home after a visit and not worry all night! The food is fresh and nutritious, and my Dad was always in clean clothes, bathed and shaved even though he was bedridden.<br><br>T.C. and her staff made sure that my Dad's final days were lived with dignity and I feel emotional as I type this -- it is so difficult to trust strangers to care for your loved one, but Dash Point Care showed that there are truly good people out there who excel at their jobs in nursing and healthcare. My brother's review also speaks to this experience in greater detail; I agree with everything he wrote and won't hesitate to recommend Dash Point Care to anyone in the area who is stepping into the role of advocating for an aging parent.

This home is wonderful.<br><br>My father's care needs require round-the-clock skilled nursing. It took my family years to find a facility that could actually provide the level of care he needed. So many false starts and facilities that, upon visiting, felt like somewhere people had abandoned their loved ones.<br><br>This is a bright home, in a nice neighborhood, with owners and staff that have demonstrated to us for years now that they are dedicated to my father's health and happiness. It was a long search, but we could not be happier with what we've found.

My family feels incredibly fortunate to have found this adult family home for my dad during his time on hospice. The care provided by the owners and staff went far beyond anything we expected.<br><br>The house was always spotless, calm, well maintained, and freshly remodeled, making it a nice place to be. But what truly made this place exceptional was the level of compassion, dignity, and attention given to my dad every single day.<br><br>The owner, TC, is a nurse and kept a very close watch of my dad’s health at all times. She is super organized and always kept me informed about any changes, concerns, or recommendations, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind. Her husband, son and aides also provided exceptional care and paid close attention to both my dad’s physical comfort and emotional well-being. They are truly wonderful people who clearly care deeply about the residents they take care of.<br><br>What impressed me most was that they didn’t just meet the required standards — they consistently went well above and beyond. They held themselves to incredibly high standards in every aspect of care. During all of my unannounced visits, my dad was always clean, shaved, comfortable, and dressed in fresh clothes. The amount of time, effort, and genuine compassion they invested in his care was truly remarkable, especially considering he was on Medicaid.<br><br>My only regret is that we didn’t move him there sooner. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness, professionalism, and dignity they gave my dad during such a challenging time.<br><br>Finally, when going through life, we are fortunate to meet some really good people that make an impact. TC and Fasil are two of these people that I will always feel very fortunate to have known.

I am a cosmetologist with a mother-in-law with Alzheimer’s when the person who used to do the residents hai at her home retired I started cutting all of their hair I knew that our caretaker had other friends with adult family Holmes in the neighborhood and told her if they needed help I would be willing to help she sent me to TC and Fossil and man this place is beautiful. Lots of room beautiful window views, very clean, and a kind and loving staff. All the residents are delightful. I wouldn’t think twice about a loved one being in there care. A +

As a plumbing professional, I go into dozens of homes and facilities every week, and I have to say this is by any standard one of the most immaculate and well-organized adult family homes I have ever seen. The maintenance access areas were perfectly clear, and the entire property is kept in pristine condition. It is clear the staff takes immense pride in their environment and the care of their residents. A pleasure to service, and I highly recommend them!
