No regular staff, phone service hasn’t had a VM for years, one Doctor visits once a month, seeing ALL RESIDENTS, funds that should be placed in residents accounts is not being placed! Food, cell phones, other items family members, friends, & Ministers are stolen! Patients are not being kept clean or given Physical Therapy in house! I’m reporting to State/VA, & any agencies that will investigate this facility, for My Brother & ALL PATIENTS THERE, want Life!!!

this place should be shut down. they don't even answer the phone so you can check on your loved ones. my family has been trying to get referrals sent to other facilities for several months for a transfer and they will not cooperate.of your falily is there, get them out if there ASAP

I've been a resident here for two years. The staff is awesome and very helpful when you need it. 😇🙏🏽 These places all have horror stories and negative reviews, but Danridge's faculty and staff are quick to resolve issues. I feel safe here, and that's the most important thing when you're terminally ill, or here for physical therapy. 💚💜💙 🤗🤠

I would not send my dead dog there my mother told me how horrible all but 2 of the nurses were to her in this place making her lie in her own vomit n feces cause she wasn't able to get out of bed. She finally was able to after five hours n did everything but still she needed help n the foot deal they didn't take care of it just made it worse . Had to be life flighted back here to Pennsylvania end of October because she was in critical condition due to them not doing what they should of done. This place needs shut down maybe because she was white she was treated so badly. Not even a bath or a shower. In the 5 weeks she's was there. This place is terrible except for Jessie. She was the best

This nursing home is terrible. Residents are not changed and bathed for days, it's impossible to get anyone on the phone and the nurses have such bad attitudes. To think that your loved one is in such a place is disheartening because these people don't care. They are only there to pick up a check, no compassion for the patients they are taking care of and it's awful. If you have any other choices, please choose anyone else over this place. I will be filing a report with State and the Health Department.
