The staff is friendly. They offer lots of activities for residents. Had some great laughs with our Aunt today. Her room was clean. Her nails were painted. She was dressed well. Thank you!

It's been ridiculous how this facility has nothing in place to make sure the residents receive their clothes back after they washed them. I have lost at least $200-300 in the last couple of years. This amount doesn't even include the clothes other family members has lost. Her name would be on her clothes and blankets, I have also used my T-shirt press machine to put her name on her clothes and she will never get her clothes back. I have stage 4 breast cancer and undergoing a lot of cancer treatments, I have struggled to make blankets and her shirts. How can I be reimbursed for the time and pain I went through to make her clothes and blankets. It's ridiculous at this point. Other families have also complained about this situation as well and nothing is never done to fix this issue.

My mom & mother in law have always been well cared for. They have enjoyed living there. That's the most important point. They kept as much independence as possible. Plenty of activities & friendly caregivers.
