I am beyond disappointed with D&D’s Golden Years Care LLC. This was one of the most stressful and upsetting experiences my family has ever dealt with. The care provided to my grandmother was completely unacceptable. There was a clear lack of attentiveness, consistency, and compassion. Important needs were overlooked, communication with family was poor, and it never felt like her well-being was a real priority. When you trust a company with someone you love, you expect care, patience, and professionalism—none of which were shown in our experience. On top of that, the business itself was disorganized and unprofessional. Concerns were raised multiple times and either ignored or brushed off instead of being taken seriously. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. Watching a loved one receive subpar care is heartbreaking and infuriating. Based on what we experienced, I would strongly warn other families to think very carefully before trusting this company with someone they care about. I would never use this service again.
