I enjoyed my time at Cypress point. The CNAs were great. Nurses did their jobs efficiently. Therapy was good. Good group of people there.

CNA care sucks and the weekend charge nurses need to get with the program . Patients left in beds , unturned , wet diapers . Not taken to the dining room or other parts of the facility. Step up and do your job or go work at McDonald’s . These elderly people deserve better treatment.

Cypress Point has always carried a 5-Star reputation within our community for excellence, professionalism and high level care for their residents. Now, with my momma having been a resident there - I’ve seen first hand the personal care and service that they provide. This isn’t a business. It is more of a mission for the Cypress Point Team. Their compassion and love proved that to our family.
