Buyer Beware!! I am writing this post from a perspective of a 25 year plus healthcare executive. This facility is like a shiny new penny but the shine quickly wears off. The problem is not with the physical environment of the facility, it's with Administration. They create problems when there are no problems. The Regional, Lori, is constantly stirring the pot. She will tell you to have your loved ones not to complain in resident council even when they have legitimate concerns. She will warn you that your loved ones are hanging around the wrong people who cause trouble. She, along with her minions (Kim and Candie), will lie on the events that have occurred and they will back track to cover their tracks both verbally and with documentation. They are an embarrassment to healthcare providers and administrators across our great country. You ought to be ashamed Lori, Kim and Candie.
