We moved our family friend into Trevista 3 years ago and I cannot say enough about the caring people that made Helga live the final years with love and dignity. Alberto Maldonado is the General Manager and a wonderful person that was helpful and supportive of us and our friend Helga. Ana Munoz manages the Villa and kept us up to date with everything that was going on. Helga recently passed and we are grateful that her last few years were filled with love and fun.

The exceptional care team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are actively engaged in various activities. A strong indicator of a well-functioning community is its positive culture and ability to retain staff members. Teresa is not just a sales and marketing professional but a compassionate advocate for families navigating this challenging decision. What stands out most about Teresa is her genuine empathy and understanding of each person's situation. Rather than focusing on making a sale, Teresa takes the time to listen to the individual's concerns, patiently answers all questions, and provides thoughtful advice tailored to the family's specific needs. Beware the cost you budget for will increase to extremely high levels that may become unmanageable. I cannot stress this more!!! This can happen very quickly and creates hardships. Hopefully the most current increases do not affect vacancy rates negatively. These seniors have developed routines and relationships that should not be taken from them in search of higher profit. As far as staff are concerned, I have been pleased with the people that have been handling the care. Thankful they have brought on activities for the seniors.

Tamsen Meierdierck and her team provide a SUPERIOR service when is come to Senior Care/Living. They are truly providing amazing care for seniors in our community and they always go above and beyond! I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND TreVista Antioch!
