I’ve been with Cypress for several months now they do have a hard time keeping staff and I have a bed written paraplegic husband that sometimes they don’t even come in to take care of him. He goes many days without help. I think they need better staffing and people that can help somebody that are paraplegic and a little bit of dementia. It’s definitely not good when the person has to not have any help for a couple days in a row sometimes three

Cypress work team are always there to help. They care about the staff and the clients that need support. They send out reminders, info of those needing help. Easy to work with. They even care for staff to do give aways. Come join the Team.
