When people are at lunch it’s very hard to get help especially for someone who is at end of life care! Rhonda is great though. So is her nurse assistant sorry cannot remember the name. They have been good to the mother in law. Just hard when they are on breaks. Also, when someone is there and you try to call and get in touch with a loved one, it’s almost impossible to get them. You have to try for a long time sometimes a couple days. But this place is a lot better than anyone in Huntsville. But that being said Huntsville Hospital took over this place not that long ago so they haven’t had time to ruin it or morale. But the people here in general are better. Hopefully it stays that way for future residents.

The employees make this place very nice! Yes, the building is old and needs a redo. The staff is caring and as attentive as they can be. Does it smell sometimes, well of course. Think about it as they or no place can’t possibly have it smell good 24/7 because old people that are out of their rooms and able to be socialized and the ones playing games and going outside, may not make it to the bathroom or may just be incontinent. They do clean it as fast as possible. Kudos to the Nurses and CNA’s and social workers plus the office staff. You have all been friendly, yet you focus on the care of our loved one. Plus we can speak with any of you anytime and you set our mind at ease. I can’t say enough good.Are you perfect, no, but I highly doubt anyplace will be, but you take care of a situation quickly when it does come up and that makes all the difference! Thank you for doing what you do!

Could not wait to get my loved one out of there. Rudist employees I have ever encountered with the exception of Wendy and Shauna. Would never recommend this place

I have been here for 13 years off and on I love the people here just like family. Wonderful Nurses and wonderful Aids and Great Therphy Department have had family members here they done a amazing job with them .
