This place is so warm. It’s a true family feeling there. The staff care very deeply about their residents. The new Administration aims truly amazing and they are doing great things!!!!

Based on a 2 week stay for a family member at the facility. 5 stars: Staff was fantastic from the Director of Admissions, the social worker and the nurses on my family members floor. All were helpful and responsive. 3 stars: Sometimes it was difficult to reach the 6th floor. No one answered at times. 1 star: Accommodations were not the best. 4 in a room, hallway smelled like urine when you got off of the elevator. Overall the facility needs renovations. Very old facility.

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in provides a caring and supportive environment for residents and patients. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly take the time to treat everyone with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, well maintained, and welcoming, which helps make the recovery and long-term care experience more comfortable. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in good hands. Highly recommend for rehabilitation or nursing care.

Crystal Lake Bayville and Rehab is a wonderful nursing facility with caring, attentive staff who truly put residents first. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well run. The rehab team is professional and supportive, and communication with families is excellent. We felt confident our loved one was in great hands and would highly recommend

My son was in this facility until I could get him out. It is filthy and nurses were stealing his medication. This place is a complete nightmare. Do not leave a loved one here. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS FACILITY. They are written by employees who are trying to save their jobs. Which is ironic because on 2/29/24 they were fined $177,000 by the State of NJ for staffing violations.
