Please do not place your loved one in this facility. They will be miserable. Not only does it seem like some of the workers there are there for only a paycheck, its the summer time and there are multiple halls and only one hall has AC. My love one didnt have a dresser, I had to complain about it for them to get her one and 2 days later, she has a dresser with no drawers. The residents fight over necessities. They dont provide enough toilet paper, tissues, soap etc. This all was verbally addressed to a family member of mine from an employee who told them they wouldn't even have their dog live here. We have had issues in the past where they gave our loved one too much medicine. So long story short - its best if you just pass on this health care facility.

Called the facility trying to speak with the business office, was told she wasn't in so requested the admin and when I said I would call back later because she was unavailable, as well, the receptionist hung up on me. Very unprofessional as the receptionist is the first point of contact in the building.

On September 5, 2025 I call to confirm that the day before I was going to pick my sister up for the weekend. The receptionist was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and with a lot of attitude. Your receptionist is the first contact of a business if she is treating family of your residents like this I can only imagine how she treats the residents. She also kept hanging the phone up on me. She had no customer service skills, no people skills. They definitely have the wrong individual being the face of a company/facility.

My son was forced here and it’s filthy and blood is on the sheets they made him sleep on The administrator Christy told my son that he would never get out. She’s disrespectful and she shouldn’t be in administration if she doesn’t know how to communicate no professionalism at all they forced the residence to do all the cleaning because they don’t have cleaning people they told my son his first night there that he couldn’t get any toilet paper even though they take his whole Social Security check and Medicaid pays for it all The staff stand and watch the residents fight and do nothing They don’t give my son his much needed meds everyday He hasn’t seen a doctor or nurse There’s four staff to 160 residents Please for all get out don’t send your loved ones here Go look at what all they are hiring for and you’ll see the medical negligence that is placed upon the residents Please get your loved ones out now

My sister was a resident there for quite a few years because they were the closest for visitation from me. There was always a constant turnover of management and staff so you feel like you're always starting over in getting a routine down. Total lack of organization and communication from them concerning inpatients. Also many things stolen out of her room by both the inpatients and the staff. Also her clothing was always disappearing from the laundry room and her room and they would substitute worn out clothing back to her in exchange for all the clothing that would mysteriously disappear from her room. Much thievery there and lack of control. The doctor visits were nothing but patronizing babble and drug prescribing to keep everyone "doped up" Stay away from this place if you can.
