Crestwood Health and Rehabilitation center a thumbs down facility starting from the top to the bottom TERRIBLE!! Don't leave your family of friends there!! Besides plucking residents from other nursing facility so they can reap benefits from the Medicare and Medicaid system Be a wear!! Using the Therapy Department to recruited others to come to their facility to promise things they cant make good one. Told one thing and did another. The Admissions team and Director had issues with their staff following the care plans and needs of their residents especially our loved one (maked many phone calls and had many conversations about care that was not in compliance to the needs of our loved one) new issues every day caused distress on our loved one and our family the whole time our loved one was there. Here is a list: Empty Promises, Poor Care, Poor Care planning, Poor Daily personal care, Poor and negligent womb care and nursing staff was not trained to do that intensive care for our loved one, va. The nursing staff or got made when care wasn't provided and didn't fix the issue.. avoided care prolonged care and meds due to not messing up their schedule. The staff and administration disregarded our loved ones needs causing distress and anxiety for our loved one and our family daily. Lack of staff to meet needs also request to only have a female attendant due to trauma, said she would have to wait all day for a shower if they got around to it.. (due to only having a male attendant) on that hall. Improper giving of behavior meds they withheld her meds always being two hours or more late giving these meds and other daily meds. They even ran out of the behavior meds causing more stress and anxiety. Them being forced to pay down her money and then forcing her to transfer from a Medicare bed room to a Medicaid bed room which was to small to meet all our loved ones needs. Watch out for their social worker He is a Monster He talks to the elderly and women like dirt and he is aggressive if you do not do what he wants you to!! forcing me and my family to move rooms and cause distress and forcing us to have to discharge our loved one and cause stress to us even more with having nowhere to take our loved one but home. This nursing facility promised to care for our loved one but instead we got neglected and poor care of our loved one and more stress in a situation that was already stressful. Even two staff members told us to get our loved one out of there!!! and can go on>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Food, Staff, other residents need your help, Watch out!!!!!!

Great place to wk . Great place for resident I believe they take good care of your love ones family oriented these pt are like our relatives love this place! I drive one hour just to wk there 2 hr round trip. I feel good about the care of our resident when I leave everyday !
